About the Show

Spliced is a Canadian animated TV series created by Simon Racioppa and Richard Elliott, which premiered on Qubo in the United States on September 19, 2009, and on Teletoon in Canada on April 1, 2010. The series centers around the adventures of two best friends, Peri and Entrée, who recreate a functional society with a thriving community of bizarre half-baked leftover mutants in Keep Away Island, after the mad scientist that created them is sent away via boat. Spliced is a modern take on the 1896 science-fiction fantasy, The Island of Doctor Moreau by H. G. Wells. Knowing is growing!
